• Return of the products should be made within 14 days of purchasing date.
• Return will not be accepted 14 days after the goods.
• Sealed products will only be accepted In the time of return.
• Customer will be responsible for the delivery charges for the return of the items.
• The refund of money will be made within 1-3 working days as for the Knet payment into the customer account & 7-15 working days as for the Visa & MasterCard payment into the customer account.
• For online purchases, will accept products in their original condition for the refund of the purchase price when accompanied by the original invoice. Please note that a different return policy maybe applicable for in-store purchase.
• Any product that has been used, altered or damaged will not be accepted. Return of the products only be honored if the label remains intact.
• Please note that original shipping charges incurred at the time of purchase are non-refundable.
